Library usage growing rapidly

The beautiful new Champaign Public Library has had a big impact on the community, with its 2009 circulation numbers up 40% over the last year of the old library facility. In fact, it ranks No. 1 among all Illinois libraries in the 50,000-99,000 population category, and is ranked in the 98th percentile nationwide among 545 libraries in this population range.
