The bitterly cold January weather provides a perfect excuse to curl up indoors with a good book. Downtown Champaign's Jane Addams Book Shop might be the perfect place to find a sought-after first-edition or other rare treasure, and it certainly provides a different shopping experience than the local chain bookstores. The shop completely fills the Neil Street two-story building it calls home, almost to the point of overflow. New shop owners Don and Susan Elmore welcome everyone to spend some time wandering among the Jane Addams shelves and stacks.
